李赛男，湖南邵阳人，1979年出生，中共党员，博士，教授。2014年博士毕业于中山大学。2018年获国家留学基金委资助，在英国牛津布鲁克斯大学访学一年。主要从事杀虫微生物杆状病毒功能基因组学的研究。承担《微生物学》《食品检验技术》等课程的教学任务。

近年来，主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金以及厅级科研项目各1项，主持广东省教学质量改革项目和肇庆学院在线开放课程建设项目各1项，项目经费62万元。在国内外权威期刊发表杆状病毒相关研究论文16篇，其中SCI收录6篇。国家发明专利授权1项。
