陈聪，福建漳州人，1986年12月出生，中共党员，博士。2023年2月起到肇庆学院工作；2021年9月至2023年1月在云南农业大学工作。2021年6月博士毕业于南京林业大学（2017.9-2021.6）；2014年6月硕士毕业于华南农业大学；2011年6月本科毕业于福建农林大学。长期从事昆虫嗅觉行为的化学生态与分子基础、农林害虫成灾机理及其绿色防控的研究工作。主持江苏省教育厅博士研究生创新计划项目1项，云南农业大学引进人才科研启动项目1项；参与“十二五”国家科技计划项目子课题1项（排名第6），国家自然科学基金1项（排名第3）。2021年9月获国家林业和草原局“梁希林业科技进步奖二等奖”1项(排名第7)。国家发明专利授权5项（排名第1共2项，排名第2、3、6各1项），实用新型专利授权1项（排名第1）。
